Dandy

Waldershelf Fine’n Dandy

Dandy is from our Nora x Forbes litter and is, quite simply, one of the funniest boys, seeming to carry his impish puppiness with him as his character continues to develop. Happy, playful and wonderfully good-natured, he is also a sensitive and thoughtful boy who likes to take a moment to consider the world around him before deciding exactly what he thinks of it.

Co-owned and living in Devon with our friend Abbie, Dandy is a true cheeky chappie, with an endearing personality and a strong sense of fun. He is perpetually teasing his big brother Bjorn, and the two can often be seen careering around the garden with Dandy firmly attached to Bjorn's tail! His thoughtful nature can be highly comedic at times – Dandy certainly likes to consider his options before committing to anything, although some might perhaps call that stubbornness!

Affectionate and full of character, Dandy has an effortless way of winning people over. He definitely doesn't take Abbie too seriously, loves nothing more than persuading her to chase him, and has one of those personalities that becomes increasingly entertaining the better you know him.

Dandy began his show career, alongside his sister Prim, in the early part of 2026 and has already made a lovely start, gaining his Junior Warrant title and several Puppy Group 1 wins along the way. Still very much a young dog with plenty of developing to do, we are excited to see what the future holds for this young chap.

For now, let’s watch this space…
