September 2026 Update:

Due to the sheer volume of enquiries we now receive, we’ve reached the point where we’re simply unable to continue managing a traditional waiting list.

Our dogs are our life, and every litter is something we invest an enormous amount of time, care and emotion into. Alongside our jobs, family life, showing, caring for our own dogs and providing lifelong support to our puppy owners, responding to the ever growing number of enquiries has become increasingly difficult. It is simply no longer possible to respond to everyone individually, or as quickly as we would like.

Even when we don’t have puppies available, we feel a responsibility, as passionate breed enthusiasts, to help, educate and guide people in their search for a responsibly bred puppy. Rather than continuing with a system we can no longer manage, to the standard we expect of ourselves, we’ve decided to change the way we receive and process puppy enquiries.

Going forward, we will gradually be moving to a litter-by-litter application process. Once a litter has been confirmed, we will open our enquiry form for applications from families whose timing genuinely aligns with that litter.

From those applications, we will create a waiting list specifically for that litter and carefully match each puppy with the home we feel is the best fit.

If you have already completed a contact form with us, there is no need to submit another one. We will retain your original enquiry. However, when we announce a specific litter, you will need to contact us by email at: waldershelf@outlook.com - to let us know that you would like to be considered for that litter. Updates regarding future litters, including when applications are open, will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so please give us a follow to keep up to date. We will also update the ‘Puppies’ page, which can be found through the main menu of our website.
